PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a heat exchanger from being clogged with wire rod chips of mesh wire in a regenerator of a Stirling refrigerator, which have flowed out from the regenerator with a working medium. SOLUTION: A channel for the working medium is located between a high temperature chamber and a low temperature chamber of the Stirling refrigerator. The regenerator is located between a radiation heat exchanger and a cooling heat exchanger in the channel. A filter is disposed at a port opening for the working medium of the regenerator.
