PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erosion of individual electrodes due to soldering thereof to a flexible cable. SOLUTION: Since a conductive pattern 35 is exposed up to the side of individual electrodes 6 in the vicinity of the connecting terminal 7 of a flexible cable 30, solder H flowing out at the time of soldering is adsorbed to the exposed part of the conductive pattern 35 exhibiting good wettability to solder and thereby the solder H can not reach the individual electrodes 6.
