PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoassay method for antibody by an antibody capturing method wherein an antigen to which a tag is bonded and the antibody with reference to a labeled tag are used and to provide an antibody measuring reagent. SOLUTION: In the immunoassay method for antibody with reference to the antigen in a specimen by the antibody capturing method, at least the antigen to which the tag is bonded and the labeled antibody with reference to the tag are used. In the antibody measuring reagent in the specimen, at least the antigen to which the tag is bonded and the antibody with reference to the labeled tag are contained.
