PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator pedal device 1 and its output adjusting method which can gain a predetermined output value in response to a predetermined depression position of an accelerator pedal 2 even if a mounting position of an accelerator sensor 6 or the like is displaced. SOLUTION: For the accelerator pedal device 1 on the vehicle side before manufacture shipment or at vehicle inspection after shipment, an output value 11a put out of an output part 11, when made to match to a predetermined depression position of the accelerator pedal 2 using a pedal position measuring means 13, which is an external device, and a data input instructing device 14, is made to correspond to a predetermined output value stored in a predetermined output value storage part 15, and these both data 14a are sent and stored in a modified output value storing means 12. If the accelerator pedal 2 is depressed to a predetermined position after this storage, a stored predetermined output value 12a is derived from an output value 11b put out from the output part 11 to a modified output value storing means 12 for output.
