PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the conventional art that outflow of liquid fuel is stopped under conditions of viscosity depending upon fuel temperature, change in the surface tension, and positional relation between a push-up pin of a pan and a valve plug of a filler cap. SOLUTION: The cross-sectional shape of the push-up pin 11a provided in the pan 11 is made asymmetric. The pin 11 is provided so as to push-open the valve plug 8 of the filler cap for a cartridge tank 1. Alternatively, the center of the pin 11a provided in the pan 11 is made eccentric relative to the center of the outflow port of the filler cap 4 of the tank 1.
