PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tie receiving girder from being cracked when stressed and prevent bolts from being cut under the influence of repeating train loads by preventing a tie from shaking within the receiving girder. SOLUTION: A construction girder has a main girder 10 made of shape steel with a rack attached thereto, and the tie receiving girder 11 made of shape steel secured to the rack 13 at each end. Cut parts 23 which are away from the racks at each end of the tie receiving girder are in the form of a curve or a slanted straight line.
