PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis technology suitable for a dynamic analysis such as for movement of a car, and to shorten a necessary time for forming car meshes by reducing the number of the car meshes, and consequently an analysis time. SOLUTION: This analysis method includes forming a superimposed lattice in time series by superimposing the background mesh and the car mesh 5, while moving a car mesh 5 which expresses a car with meshes, according to a moving pattern which shows a trajectory of the moving car, on the background mesh which expresses a modeled process environment with meshes, and then analyzing a processing condition by using each of the superimposed lattice which are formed in time series. The car mesh 5 comprises a fine mesh 5a which expresses an internal structure of a member of the noticed part in the analysis, with meshes, and a rough mesh 5b which expresses an outer sheet of a car body in unnoticed parts, with meshes.
