PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition exhibiting excellent adhesivity to inorganic materials such as concrete, mortar, glass, aluminum, galvanized sheet iron, tinned steel plate and magnesium alloy, having long pot life and curable at a low temperature. SOLUTION: The coating composition contains (A) a silane-modified epoxy resin containing methoxy group and produced by the dealcoholation reaction of (1) a bisphenol epoxy resin with (2) a partially condensed methoxysilane and (B) a ketimine compound. The cured film is produced by curing the coating composition.
