PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mechanical properties of an isotactic polypropylene so as to enable reutilization, whose properties are deteriorated by heat and light irradiation and a waste isotactic polypropylene in a polypropylene molding process, and provide a virgin isotactic polypropylene whose applications are expanded by improving mechanical properties. SOLUTION: The melting point of a stereoblock polypropylene or an isotactic polypropylene is measured and a formula of freezing-point depression is applied to these polypropylenes to calculate a mole fraction of isotactic chain, namely a mole fraction of a crystallization unit. The polypropylene that the mole fraction L is >=0.78 is added to the recycled polypropylene to improve mechanical properties of the stereoblock polypropylene or the isotactic polypropylene.
