PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable unlocking of an opening and closing part by a third person while sufficiently securing security in the case that the opening and closing part provided on a vehicle 1 is unlocked remotely. SOLUTION: A requirement step for requiring the unlocking of the opening and closing part of the vehicle 1 from a third person terminal 22, an allowance step for allowing unlocking requirement by operation of an owner terminal 21, and an unlocking control step for performing control for unlocking the opening and closing part in accordance with unlocking allowance in an information center 3 are provided. The unlocking control step has a regulation step for regulating the opening and closing part performing unlocking out of a plurality of the opening and closing parts provided on the vehicle 1 in accordance with a third person requiring unlocking.
