PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine polished object by performing post-washing within a barrel tank. SOLUTION: The barrel tank 5 having a formed storing space S for storing a polishing object A at the inside is journalled by rotary shafts 12 and 12. The storing space S is communicated with external pipes 32 and 35 at the outside of the tank 5 by water passing passages 30 and 33 provided on the rotary shafts 12 and 12. Water supply and water discharge can be performed between the storing space S and the external pipes 32 and 35 via the water passing passages 30 and 33. |
