PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing composition for a silver halide photographic sensitive material capable of suppressing uneven development due to foam generated in a developing solution, particularly a first black-and-white developing solution for reversal color photography without causing muddiness or precipitation in a composition and the developing solution and to provide an antifoaming method and a processing method using the composition. SOLUTION: The antifoaming agent composition for a silver halide photographic processing solution contains at least first and second polyethylene oxide/ polypropylene oxide copolymer surfactants having 5-60 mass% and 40-95 mass% ethylene oxide groups, respectively. An antifoaming method, a processing method and a replenisher solution each using the composition are provided.
