SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the unit for biochemical analysis, surfaces of a plurality of supports 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2n are coated respectively in a stripe shape with a solution containing the specifically combined substance, a plurality of coating layers 4a, 4b, 4n containing the specifically combined substance are formed, the plurality of supports are made to adhere to each other so as to be laminated, and the plurality of supports are cut in their lamination direction so as to comprise the plurality of coating layers 4 containing the specifically combined substance.
