SOLUTION: One corner edge CF of the both upper side edges of respective hills 2 interposed between plural streaks of dynamic pressure grooves 1 is made more sharp as compared with other side corner edge CR to restrict the outflow of the fluid in the groove 1 and increase the load capacity, and improve the damage resistance at the time when touching a counter member M on stopping. The groove shape can be realized by letting an electrolyte flow in a constant direction crossing with the groove 1.
