PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeding and planting method for the slope for afforestation of excellent disaster preventiveness with roots stretching in a net state by planting or sowing seeds. SOLUTION: Boring holes 1 are bored at prescribed spaces in the slope to be executed. A monitor is inserted in the boring hole 1 to jet-excavate water jets 2 radially in the growing direction of roots, and young plants are planted or tree seeds are sowed inside the boring hole 1 to carry out afforestation.
