PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a device constructed by connecting a suction pipe and a transfer pipe to a pump for contribution to collection of deposit, whose collection and disposal is a matter of an urgent problem in an impound part of a dam, a lake, or a river. SOLUTION: In this device constructed by connecting the suction pipe 3 and the transfer pipe 4 to the pump 2, a principal part is mounted on a float structure 5 to be arranged on the water surface, a sucked solid body controller 6 is attached to a suction port part in the suction pipe 3, and a movable connection flexible pipe 7 is arranged for shifting the position of the suction pipe 3 or the transfer pipe 4. In addition, a rope such as a steel wire rope is suspended between a winder and rope handling equipment, and the position of the float structure can be maintained or moved by operation of the winder. An expansible pipe is arranged in the middle or the end of the suction pipe or the transfer pipe for improving collection workability. For coping with collection of the deposit, the transfer pipe is improved by using a transfer improved pipe capable of reducing sedimentation inside the pipe and prolonging an effective transfer distance.
