PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition having excellent heat stability while keeping excellent flame retardance and mechanical strength, and therefore capable of being suitably used for applications where coloration and opacity are especially required. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition is compounded from (A) the polycarbonate resin in an amount of 100 pts.wt., (B) a flame retardant in an amount of 0-20 pts.wt., (C) an organic metal salt in an amount of 0.01-2 pts.wt., (D) a fluorine-containing polymer of fiber forming type in an amount of 0-2 pts.wt., and (E) titanium dioxide of which the surface is treated with a phosphorated compound of a polyene in an amount of 0.03-5 pts.wt.
