PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the position of a holding part only through one-touch operation, and to surely lock the position. SOLUTION: This leader strap comprises a holding member 1 comprising a slide piece 12 extended from the holding part 11 for holding a leader T; a mounting member 2 comprising a mounting piece 22 extended from a mounting part 21 to be fixed to the wall or the like of a building; and a lock means 3. The lock means 3 can fixably press the slide piece 12 of the holding member 1 into contact with the mounting piece 22 of the mounting member 2 and retractably adjust the holding part 11 of the holding member 1 by a lock lever 31.
