PURPOSE: A process for preparing a Crataegue pinnatifida BUNGE drink is provided, therefore the prepared Crataegue pinnatifida BUNGE drink has decrease effect of blood sugar level, activates immunity and inhibits breast cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing a Crataegue pinnatifida BUNGE drink comprises the steps of: washing fruits of Crataegue pinnatifida BUNGE with water, removing water from the fruits of Crataegue pinnatifida BUNGE and pulverizing them to prepare Crataegue pinnatifida BUNGE juice; adding 55 to 65 wt.% of subsidiary materials into 35 to 45 wt.% of the Crataegue pinnatifida BUNGE juice, stirring the mixture at 40 deg. C or less for 30 minutes to 1 hour, filtering the mixture, and inserting the filtrate into a vessel; and heating the vessel containing the Crataegue pinnatifida BUNGE drink at 80 to 90 deg. C for 20 to 40 minutes.
