PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antithrombotic therapeutic apparatus, appliance, such as a catheter tube and guide wire including argatroban and a blood circuit for extracorporeal circulation, which reduces the consumption of the costly argatroban as far as possibly and is capable of effectively preventing the occurrence of a thrombus. SOLUTION: This antithrombotic therapeutic appliance, such as the catheter tube 21, is constituted by composing at least the blood contact surface of the catheter tube of antithrombotic layers 22 and 23 consisting of a synthetic resin composition added with the antithrombogenic agent, argatroban. |
