PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for continuously peeling off, cleaning, smoothly winding up and recovering a ground surface-covering mulch sheet on a drum. SOLUTION: This mulch sheet-recovering device for continuously peeling off, winding up and recovering the ground surface-covering mulch sheet on the drum is characterized by comprising a posture control portion for controlling the peeled mulch sheet in an approximately horizontal posture, a supporting and transporting portion for supporting and simultaneously transporting the mulch sheet controlled in the approximately horizontal posture, a cleaning means for being brought into contact with at least one side of the mulch sheet to clean the side, when the mulch sheet is transported with the supporting and transporting portion, and a guide portion for guiding the cleaned mulch sheet to the drum.
