PURPOSE: A process for preparing diet health foods capable of suppressing obesity by decomposing and removing accumulated body fat in a body and supplying sufficient nutrients is provided. The prepared diet health foods are well balanced in nutrition and reduce the overall amount of foods. CONSTITUTION: The diet health food comprise 10 to 12% by weight of Coicis Semen, 10 to 12% by weight of Atractylodis Rhizoma, 4.5 to 6.5% by weight of Ginseng Radix rubra, 4.5 to 6.5% by weight of Cnidii Rhizoma, 4.5 to 6.5% by weight of Paeoniae Radix rubra, 4.5 to 6.5% by weight of Alismatis Rhizoma, 4.5 to 6.5% by weight of Polyporus umbellatus(Pers.) Fries, 4.5 to 6.5% by weight of Aurantii Nobilis Pericarpium, 4.5 to 6.5% by weight of Hoelen, 4.5 to 6.5% by weight of Ponciri Fructus, 4.5 to 6.5% by weight of Raphanus sativus L., 4.5 to 6.5% by weight of Magnoliae Cortex, 3.5 to 5.5% by weight of Carthamus tinctorius, 3.5 to 5.5% by weight of Caesalpiniae lignum, 3.5 to 5.5% by weight of Rhei Rhizoma and 3.5 to 5.5% by weight of Areca catechu L. |
