PURPOSE: Provided is an anti-fouling photobioreactor which characteristically injects solid particles into culture broth to transmit light thereinto well and to transfer material to phototrophs in the culture broth well, thereby culturing the phototrophs economically and rapidly. CONSTITUTION: The anti-fouling photobioreactor is characterized by comprising a chamber with a transparent inner tube and a flow generating unit to allow culture broth to flow through the inner tube, wherein solid particles flow together with the culture broth through the inner tube.
