PURPOSE: A fluid heating system is provided complementing a power source with an alternative energy source improving an energy consumption rate and preventing environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A heating system of a fluid boiler comprises a housing(14) and a fluid storing tank(12) with a bottom plate. The housing and the bottom plate form a cavity(18). The bottom plate is located in bottom face of a bowl(20). Water is stored in the bowl. A high voltage heating element(24) and a low voltage heating element(26) are attached to the fluid storing tank. A fuel burner(28) is attached detachably to the housing in the cavity. The high voltage heating element operates in more than 80V, and the low voltage heating element operates in less than 80V.
