PURPOSE: An air conditioner with liquid receiver is provided to be easily moved and installed and to improve efficiency of a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A liquid receiver(59) includes a case(59a); an inlet(59b) formed on one side of an upper side of the case and connected with a discharge tube of a condenser; an outlet(59c) formed on one side of a lower side of the case and connected with a suction tube of an expansion valve; and a partition(59d) formed between the inlet and the outlet in vertical direction to partition an inside of the case into a left part and a right part and having a fixed space on a lower end thereof so that only liquefied refrigerant passes, is installed between the condenser and the expansion valve and has a surplus space compressing and storing refrigerant in an outdoor unit for moving and installing an air conditioner.
