PURPOSE: A sound unit sealing structure of a mobile communication terminal is provided to prevent the sound unit from being exposed to moisture or foreign substances, thereby preventing abnormal operation and electrical deterioration of a sound vibration board of the sound unit. CONSTITUTION: A sound unit(1) is installed in a projector(12) projected to a terminal case(10) having a sound hole(11). Foreign substances and moisture incoming to the sound hole(11) are prevented. A sealing packing(13) is inserted into the projector(12) to make a sound input/output through the sound hole(11). The sealing packing(13) is concave. A sealing board(14) is a vibration board for transmitting the sound generated from the sound unit(1) through an opening of the sealing packing(13), and prevents foreign substances and moisture from incoming through the opening. A fixing frame(15) closely attatches the sealing board(14) to a concave bottom of the sealing packing(13) to prevent foreign substances or moisture from incoming, and prevents foreign substances and moisture from incoming through a concave wall of the sealing packing(13).
