摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for machining an array configuration for machining an highly accurate array configuration by positioning the array suitably, optical parts and a metal mold for molding optical parts. SOLUTION: The machining device 1 is used to fix a work-piece 5 on a rotationally main shaft 3 to a position where the center of an array face 6a to be machined is accorded with a rotational center 3a in the rotationally main shaft 3 by mounting the work-piece 5 on the standard face in a positioning jig 4 mounted on the rotationally main shaft 3 by moving the work-piece 5 in a pitch direction. The array face 6a is machined by rotating the rotationally main shaft 3 in this condition. Then, the array configuration is machined by repeating an action to machine the array face 6b by releasing the fixation of the work-piece 5 on the rotationally main shaft 3, by moving the work-piece 5 to the position where a center in the array face 6b to be machined next is accorded with the rotating center 3a in rotationally main shaft 3 in the pitch direction and fixing on the rotationally main shaft 3, and by rotating the rotationally main shaft 3.
