PURPOSE: Provided is a garbage disposer using microorganism, wherein the garbage disposer is installed under a kitchen sink for disposing food waste generated during cooking. CONSTITUTION: The garbage disposer comprises a drain pipe(220) connected to a kitchen sink and having an opening at the top thereof, a garbage inlet pipe(250) provided at the bottom of the kitchen sink and having an opening at the top thereof, a garbage collection housing(200) connecting the drain pipe(220) and the garbage inlet pipe(250) at each lower portion thereof, a screw(300) installed in the garbage collection housing(200) for collecting food waste input through the drain pipe(220) and the garbage inlet pipe(250), a disposing container(500) installed at a side of the garbage collection housing(200) for storing the food waste collected by the screw in the garbage collection housing(200) and decomposing the food waste using microorganism preliminary provided therein, a mixing basin(510) installed in the disposing container(500) for mixing the food waste and the microorganism, and a deodorizer for deodorizing offensive odor generated when the food waste is decomposed in the disposing container(500). |
