MANUFACTURE OF CONSTRUCTION EXTERIOR MATERIALS BY RECYCLING WASTE SLUDGE

摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of lightweight exterior materials with excellent sound absorption, heat insulation and workability by using waste sludge generated from the production of lime as main materials. CONSTITUTION: The exterior materials are manufactured by mixing waste sludge as main materials and siliceous minerals as auxiliary materials, being 5.6-9 in a weight ratio, and polymer binder with a viscosity less than 1000cps, followed by forming and wet-drying. The resultant exteriors has 0.127kcal/mhdeg.C of thermal conductivity, 0.98ton/m3 of specific gravity and 77kgf/cm2 of strength.
