PURPOSE: An electro-luminescence device including an organic compound-based inductive thin film and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve luminance and a lifetime by forming an organic film between layers of an existing electro-luminescence device. CONSTITUTION: An anode electrode(12) is formed on a substrate(11). A hole transport layer(13) is formed on the anode electrode(12). A hole injection layer(14) is formed on the hole transport layer(13). A luminant layer(15) is formed on the hole injection layer(14). An electron transport layer(16) is formed on the luminant layer(15). An electron injection layer(17) is formed on the electron transport layer(16). A cathode electrode(18) is formed on the electron injection layer(17). An organic thin film is inserted between two layers selected from the anode electrode(12), the hole transport layer(13), the hole injection layer(14), the luminant layer(15), the electron transport layer(16), the electron injection layer(17), and the cathode electrode(18). The organic thin film is formed with Si, Pt, Al, Sn, and Cr.
