APPARATUS FOR CLEANING COATED TUBE OF USED NUCLEAR FUEL ROD

PURPOSE: An apparatus for cleaning a coated tube of an used nuclear fuel rod is provided to improve accuracy of a metallic component test of a coated tube by removing nuclear fuel from a coated tube of the used nuclear fuel rod. CONSTITUTION: A clamp member is formed with an upper clamp(11) and a lower clamp(12). An upper clamp vise(111), a lower clamp vise(112), a clamp cover(113), a clamp base(114), a clamp plate(115), a fixing bolt(116), and a butterfly nut(117) are formed on the upper clamp(11). A coated tube(50) is fixed to the upper and the lower clamp vises(111,112) by using the bolt(116), the clamp base(114), and the butterfly nut(117). A plurality of fixing grooves are formed at an intermediate portion of the upper and the lower clamp vises(111,112). The lower clamp vise(112) is installed on the clamp base(114). The clamp plate(115) is combined with one end portion of the clamp base(114) by using a hinge. The fixing bolt(116) is combined with the butterfly nut(117).
