PURPOSE: A system and a method for an AD(ADvertisement) using a mobile communication terminal are provided to reduce use of memory of the mobile communication terminal and to increase the AD effect by making a moving image AD as a Flash animation and transmitting it to a personal user as an electronic coupon. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a network AD service controlling server(300), a user mobile communication terminal(360) and a user computer(370). The network AD service controlling server(300) comprises an interface(310) inputting the AD comprising a moving image, a voice and a text, the user information and the data, a database transmitter(320) transmitting the AD, the user information and the data, a user certification tool(330) confirming and certifying the user information, and a database manager(340) storing the AD, the user information and the data inputted by the interface(310). The mobile communication terminal(360) comprises the first user interface(361) inputting the user information and the data to the network AD service controlling server(300), the first data transceiver(362), the first memory(363) and the first controller(364).
