PURPOSE: An automatic grinding device of a pair of grinding tool is provided to grind up and down surface of work piece simultaneously to improve quality of work piece. CONSTITUTION: A planar grinding device comprises a transferring member(A) to move work piece, a loading member(B) to move the work piece with a supply conveyor, an unloading member(D) to move the work piece with a discharge conveyor. A grinding member(C) is formed between the supply conveyor(3) and the discharge conveyor(4). The grinding member comprises a feed roller(20), a first grinding wheel, a second grinding wheel, a water bearing(40), and a polishing portion. The feed roller feeds the work piece from the supply conveyor to next process. The first grinding wheel grinds up and down surface of the work piece. The second grinding wheel is installed in rear end of the first grinding wheel. The water bearing is installed in front and rear end of the first and second grinding wheel to inject water to the grinding surface.
