PURPOSE: An instant lottery ticket e-business advertisement leaflet of 100% prize winning is provided to add a function creating a new market model of the EC(Electric Commerce) to a basic function of the advertisement leaflet for advertising a product and a service. CONSTITUTION: An instant lottery ticket column is formed on the back of the advertisement leaflet by printing a special paint unable to see the instant lottery ticket column. The non-transparent material is stripped off by scratching the surface with a hard material such as a coin. If a person receiving the advertisement leaflet scratches the surface of the instant lottery ticket column, a prize grade(2a) and a homepage address(2b) guiding a drawn premium receiving method and a usage stipulation are printed on it.
