PURPOSE: A system for observing a specific area in real time based on Internet environment is provided to allow an observer to manage and supervise an object to be observed in the optimum environment. CONSTITUTION: A system for observing a specific area in real time includes a video conversation processing system(200) at a to-be-observed object side and a video conversation processing system(100) at an observer side. The video conversation processing system at a to-be-observed object side is arranged in an area to be observed where the to-be-observed object is located, receives and varies video data obtained by capturing the object at various angles and audio/event data generated from video conversation in which the object participates, to transmit the video/audio/event data through an on-line network. The video conversation processing system at an observer side is connected to the system at the object side through the on-line network, receives and varies video/audio/event data generated from video conversation in which an observer participates, to transmit the video/audio/event data to the system at the object side through the on-line network.
