PURPOSE: An apparatus for heating uniformly a tray of a microwave oven is provided to improve performance for heating a cooking target and reduce a cooking time by transmitting uniformly the heat to the tray. CONSTITUTION: A capillary formation element(12) is formed in the inside of a sealed space portion(11). The sealed space portion(11) is filled with electric heat fluid(13). An electric heat portion(10) is installed in a tray(1). The electric heat portion(10) performs a thermal transmission process by a variation of a state of gas to a state of liquid or a variation of the state of liquid to the state of gas in the electric heat fluid(13). The electric heat portion(10) is formed by fixing plural interval members(14) to the sealed space portion(11) of the inside of the tray(1) and coating the capillary formation element(12) on an inner circumference of the tray(1) and a circumference of the interval member(14).
