PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game specific for a beam gun by more strictly limiting bullet handling without connecting the beam gun to a computer by wire to secure the safety of the beam gun. SOLUTION: The system is composed of a gun unit 7 and a target unit 2, The target unit 2 comprises a target side communication unit 54, a target plate 4, a light receiving unit 67 optically connected to the target plate 4 and a score totaling unit 55 electrically connected to the light receiving unit 67. The gun unit 7 receives a signal 8 transmitted by the target unit 2 and projects a beam bullet 34 only when it receives the signal 8. The beam bullet 34 comprises information indicating a bullet number in multiple ways, on the basis of which information the computer totals the score. The information diversifies game contents and also serves for target practice.
