PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry ice white smoke producing device for simply and easily producing dry ice white smoke. SOLUTION: The dry ice white smoke producing device is provided with a warm water case 2 for housing cakes of dry ice and warm water and a cover 3 for closely covering the case 2 and being able to be removed, wherein the cover 3 is provided with a delivery pipe 4 for delivering outside white smoke of the dry ice inside the case 2 and an introduction pipe 5 for introducing the warm water inside the case 2, and an outlet 5a of the introducing pipe 5 is provided near the bottom 2a of the case 2.
