<p>Method and system for entry of physical documents into a digital back-end system (20). The system comprises: at least one scanner (10) for scanning a document and generating an associated document image file, a server (12) including an intermediate document store (13), connected to said scanner for storing a document image file together with a document identification (34) in a document file, and at least one input device (14) connected to the server (12) for entering an attribute file which comprises a set of document attributes (28, 30, 32; 44, 46, 48) accompanied by a document identification (34), wherein the server (12) comprises a merging unit (18) for checking whether a document identification of one of the attribute files corresponds to a document identification of one of the document files and, if so, links the set of attributes to this document file. <IMAGE></p> |
