PURPOSE: A lapping head including non-rotation and rotation tool holder is provided transmitting power to an eccentric operating shaft and a rotation operating shaft by a driving motor. CONSTITUTION: A lapping head comprises an eccentric operating shaft(1) and a rotation operating shaft(2). The eccentric operating shaft is formed eccentrically and has a ball bush(5). The eccentric operating shaft transmits right and left vibration to a vibration connector(4). The rotation operating shaft rotates the vibration connector through a clutch(3). A main body applies up and down vibration to the vibration connector by a cam(6) belonging to a lapping head case.
