PURPOSE: A thermo controller for use in a cooling/heating device is provided to reduce the size and manufacturing costs, to shorten the manufacturing process and to improve the operational reliability thereof. CONSTITUTION: A thermo controller for use in a cooling/heating device includes a temperature sensing block(150) for outputting a sensing voltage(Vin-) and a reference signal(Vin+) and a signal processing block(110) provided with a static voltage generation block(116) connected between the power voltage applied thereto and a ground for generating a static voltage, a comparing output block(112) for receiving the static voltage as an operating power voltage for outputting a comparison signal compared with the sensing voltage signal with the reference voltage signal, a switching block(120) for outputting the switching signal in response to the comparing signal, a bias circuit(118) connected between the power voltage and the switching block(120) for outputting the bias voltage in response to the switching signal by using the current source independent to the power voltage and a driving output blocks(122,124) for outputting a driving signal to control the cooling/heating device in response to the bias voltage.
