SOLUTION: In the container for induction heating cooking provided with a container main body in the shape of a bottomed cylinder consisting of non- conductive material and a heater for heating by electromagnetic induction, the heater is provided in a container main body and retreated to a retreating position for non-use time, and a heater retreating means moves the heater to a cooking position where a calorific value is larger than that at the retreating position from the retreating position them the liquid such as water is poured in the container main body.
