PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment device capable of precisely displaying and recording that the device is put in a high temperature state like an autoclave. SOLUTION: This medical treatment device is characterized in that it has a thermal power element 15 as a thermal power means, an electromotive force sensor 16 as an electrical quantity detecting means for detecting the electrical quantity generated by the thermal power element 15, and a counter circuit 17 for detecting one among the amount of applied heat, the heat application time and the number of times of applying designated heat according to the detection result of the electromotive force sensor 16.
