摘要 PURPOSE: Provided are a plant cell transducing domain, particularly HIV-1 Tat transduction domain, a Tat vector, a Tat fusion protein transductional into a plant cell and showing activity therein and an expression vector for the expression of the fusion protein, thereby improving gene manipulation and effectively controlling damages by blight and harmful insects. CONSTITUTION: The HIV-1 Tat transduction domain is characterized by covalent binding of HIV-1 Tat(48-57) and an organic compound which is a non-transduction cargo molecule into a plant cell, and a nucleus and a tissue thereof. Therefore, it allows transduction of the cargo molecule into a cell, wherein the cargo molecule is characteristically an oligonucleotide, a peptide, a protein, an oligosaccharide or an polysaccharide.
