ORGANIC ELECTRO-LUMINESCENCE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to pattern an organic layer by using a mask for forming a predetermined pattern and an improved implantation device for implanting high molecular substances. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixels(P) are defined on a surface of a substrate(200). A transmitting portion(D) of a mask(202) corresponds to an arbitrary pixel region of the substrate(200). An implantation portion is located on an upper portion of the mask(202) in order to implant high molecular substances(204). The implantation portion(206) is formed with a passing portion(E) and an implanting portion(F). The passing portion(E) is used for passing the high molecular substances(204). The implanting portion(F) is used for implanting the high molecular substances(204). The implantation portion(206) has an improved shape in order to implant uniformly the high molecular substances(204) on an entire area of the substrate(200).
