PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypeptide that is stabilized to protease. SOLUTION: A polypeptide is stabilized by binding a protease-resistant sequence comprising at least two amino acids to the polypeptide on the C- terminus. In a preferred embodiment, lysine-aspartic acid is used as a protease- resistant sequence on the C-terminus side.
