PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely connect the secondary terminals of a boosting transformer to the electrode of a discharge means. SOLUTION: Terminal support parts 87 and 88 are constituted by storing terminal boards 67 and 69 of first and second electrode members 61 and 62 in terminal arrangement parts 72 and 73 of a first case 58, and then, fitting terminal arrangement parts 80 and 81 of a second case 59 to the terminal arrangement parts 72 and 73. Then the secondary terminals of the boosting transformer are inserted into terminal insertion ports 90a and 90b which are positioned at the edges of the terminal support parts 87 and 88 and the terminal boards 67 and 69 are inserted and compressed into a groove so that the terminal boards 67 and 69 are connected to the secondary terminals. |
