The closing cylinder has a housing with cylinder core (2) connected to pot-shaped part of an outlet member (4) of cylinder. The housing (1) completely covers the pot-shaped part (41) whilst the rod-shaped part (42) of the outlet member passes through an opening (12) in the rear end (11) of the housing. The rod-shaped part has in the region between the outer end of the pot shaped part and the rear end of the housing a second security collar (421) whose outer diameter is larger than the diameter of the through opening in the rear end of the housing.
