PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of combustible fuel by domestic and industrial waste is provided, in which waste is manually classified into to 5 to 6 sorts of combustible domestic and industrial waste, waste wood, waste paper, waste furniture, waste synthesis resin, waste rubber, waste leather, cut into 3 to 5 cm size and dried to have moisture content of less than 10 %, crushed into 1 to 2 mm, and mixed hydrated lime. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of classifying the waste fed to working plate(201) to 5-6 sorts of combustible domestic and industrial waste, waste wood, waste paper, waste furniture, waste synthesis resin, waste rubber, waste leather, cutting it into 3 to 5 cm and drying to have moisture content of less than 10 %; crushing the waste into 1 to 2 mm; mixing the dried and crushed waste with hydrated lime followed by neutralization to feed into steam boiler or to feed to molder for molding pipe type fuel before cutting, cooling and bagging.
