PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomographic reconfiguration method and tomographic device capable of increasing the speed of tomographic reconfiguration calculation. SOLUTION: In this tomographic reconfiguration method comprising synchronously scanning an X-ray tube (X-ray focus f) and an X-ray detector 42 with a subject between, and reversely projecting the imaging data detected in each scanning position or data obtained by subjecting it to filter processing to a two-dimensional or three-dimensional tomographic reconfiguration area B virtually set in the area concerned of the subject as reverse projection data, since extended interpolation data is generated by extending the reverse projection data by interpolation, and the extended interpolation data is then reversely projected to the tomographic reconfiguration area B, the calculation frequency can be reduced to the interpolation calculation frequency only for extending the reverse projection data by interpolation, and the time for the tomographic reconfiguration calculation can be thus shortened. |
